For independent training sessions, a training wall a good remedy. There are basically three types to choose from. The tennis wall that is straight on all sides, the parabolic (curved from top to bottom) tennis wall with straight axis and the curved tennis wall.
Interesting facts about tennis walls
Hitting practice on the tennis wall is a good training session. The feel for the shots is improved because the training wall returns the ball very quickly due to the shortened path. The harder you hit the ball, the faster it becomes.
